Body and slides are made of high duty cast iron, duly seasoned, rigid and strong enough to prevent distortion & wear. Guide ways are hand scraped/ground to fine tolerance to achieve highest accuracy and match the corresponding surface of slides

The machine is fully installed with electric motors, switch gears and wiring. normally arranged to suit live centre as well as dead centre grinding of jobs between centre.
